The Pattern and Kit for the Mermaid Fringe Necklace
Contains everything you need to make the necklace, except for a pair of scissors.
When finished the Beaded Mermaid Fringe Necklace is about 7 inches wide and 3 and 1/2 inches tall.
his is one of the HARDER of the fringe necklaces! You may have to add or drop some of the beads.
