Contacts US If you wish to return an item for a refund, it must be in the original packaging and patterns must not be folded. Folded patterns will not be refunded.
We do not pay for additional shipping charges for returning items.
If you think that you have received the wrong item, or are missing items, please email us with the problem, and we will try and fix the issue whatever it may be.
Orders being shipped to prisons or correctional institutions can not be returned or refunded. No exception!!

There are NO REFUNDS on downloaded goods!

You must have a color printer to print most of the patterns that we offer.
If it is listed as a pattern, then it will come with instructions.
